What’s new? Quite a lot! Since we met last June, there have been over 100 new features and enhancements made to Student Manager. The list is in the Forum and quarterly webinars gave a summary of everything during the year. We have saved some special things, just for conference! In this session, Matthew will highlight the best of the best since we last met and unveil the conference specials!

When Cancellations are Necessary

There are times when cancellations are necessary – the course did not fill, the weather predictions are dire, the instructor becomes ill – there are plenty of reasons. March 2020 gave new meaning to cancellations. We are all hopeful this never happens again. It is still good to know the tools and resources you DO have and that is what this session will cover. Included will be best practices for using Escrow accounts.
