ACEweb 3.1.020 Released

This release includes these new features/bug fixes:

PayOption INI setting options have been updated. There are now 2 options: 0=No online registration (except for courses with no fees); and 1=Online payments and/or billing allowed, with individual course payment types
determined by the ACEweb Publish Properties setting on the ACEweb Info tab.

Instructor Email All Students link behavior was changed. Some email programs cannot process the Email All Students link when course enrollment is high (generally 50 or more). Now, if the email list is longer than 1000 characters, ACEweb will split the link up into email groups of not more than 1000 characters per group. E.g. Email Group 1, Email Group 2, etc. Instructors will need to email each separate group.
