Blank ACEweb Content Page

Getting a blank page when clicking an ACEweb page, such as showgroups.awp, usually means the ACEweb error routine has crashed when trying to report the error onscreen. This also means no error reports are saved for technicians to review.

If you get a blank page with no error messages, enable the Admin Email option, reload your COM servers, then try the page again. You will still get a blank page, but the error routine will send an error report to the email address specified when you set up the Admin Email option.

You can then forward the error email to your ACEware technician for help resolving the issue.
