Our Support Plan

When you purchase our software, you receive:

  • 90 days free support.
  • Two hours of introductory training (via phone/internet).
  • A comprehensive HTML-based Reference Guide containing detailed information about setting up and running all program options.
  • Three free reports - we will create 3 reports at no charge (if you find that one of the 200+ pre-designed reports doesn't meet your needs).

After the initial 90 days of free support, new customers may choose to:

  • Purchase an extended support plan.
  • Purchase support on a per call basis.
  • Decline the extended support plan and use the program with no further payments or contact with ACEware Systems, Inc.

Extended Support Plan

The Extended Support Plan offers:

  • Unlimited access to the ACEware Technical Support Line.
  • Access to the Customer Resources site (resources include online reference guide with instructions for all program options, user guides, training guides, white papers, upgrades, and tip of the week archive).
  • The option to participate in the customer list-servs (receive upgrade notices, training notices, and tip of the week; email procedural questions to other software users, etc.).
  • Unlimited free upgrades.
  • Discounts on ACEware sponsored training sessions and conferences.
