Student Manager 7.2.068 Released

Bugs fixed in this build:
Our technicians were finding that people were ignoring the warnings on Backups and Reindexes that people were in the system. Plus there were times a person would be on the login screen causing an error during these procedures. Student Manager now detects if someone is sitting on the login screen (though it still can't tell you who) and in all of these cases will not let you proceed with the procedure.

*Minor* issue with the miscellaneous field on the registration screen. You couldn't see the code description before!

New features in this build:
OK, I've been slacking off. There are just a few new features this build.

If a course does not have anybody in it, then that course is not included in the email reminders routine.

In conjunction with the latest ACEweb, Student Manager now lets you set the proxy ID. This way that proxy person can pay the outstanding balance on ACEweb.

When transferring a student to a course with mandatory fees, the registration now gets charged those mandatory fee.

Some customers were using payment types C, D, and E as credit card payment types. These types now have the authorization code field on the payment screen for this.

For people using memberships, there has always been the ability to delete the membership by double clicking it in the name screen. Now there is a Microsoft like "Are you sure?" question before doing that deletion.

There is a new function, getcrseaid, to give you how much Financial Aid is expected or received for a particular course. We should have this documented in the help here soon.

You can now query rosters by the instructor. (I'll have to admit that Chuck deserves credit for this feature. I didn't get to it fast enough for his taste and he wanted to do some programming for once!)

Many codes did not have an active/deactive status that will be respected for ACEweb. Things like occupation and education level codes fall into this. I just realized that Student Manager now does not respect the deactive status. So, that will be in .069.
