ACEweb 3.0.084 Released

This release includes these new features/bug fixes:

Fixed Invoicing Option not Updating Enrollment Count – fixed a bug that was not updating the course's enrollment count if the registrant selected the Invoice (billing) option when submitting a registration.

Validate Coupon Codes and Supplemental Data on Cart Page – you can now validate coupon code entries and ensure users complete required supplemental data fields on the Enrollment Cart page. Users will not be able to continue past the Cart page if they have entered an invalid coupon code or not completed required supplemental data fields. REQUIRES: updated ACEweb templates and additional files.

View Proxy Registration History – users can now see their 'proxy' registrations in their Registration History. Proxy registrations are registrations they have added via ACEweb's Proxy Registration option, or registrations where they have been assigned as the proxy in Student Manager with the Assign Proxy button (new features added in Student Manager version 7.2.068). REQUIRES: updated ACEweb templates and additional files.

Two New Email Templates – you can now customize messages sent to users with two new email templates: 1) Repass.txt – customize the email sent to users who request a password reset; 2) Waitconfirm.txt – customize the email sent to users when they add themselves to a waitlist. Contact your ACEware technician for sample copies of these templates.
