Registration Module
Key features of the Registration module:
- Several code fields to track how an individual heard of the course, status (i.e. registrant, speaker, no show, etc.), paid by (firm, individual, or other), and more.
- Quick Reference tools help the registrar (i.e. view roster, course description, name record, course record, location information, etc.).
- Group registrations together to make payment process easier (i.e. make one payment that is distributed to all members in the group with same payment details and receipt number assigned).
- Transfer a registration to another person, or the person to another course.
- Quickly and easily cancel a registration and refund money.
- "Billing Only" registration option for contract training courses - the contracting firm will be assessed all fees instead of each individual employee enrolling in the course.
- "Speed Registration" option allows mass entry of large groups quickly and easily.
- 20 user-defined fields that your organization can use to collect data specific to your organization (e.g. meal preferences, t-shirt size, etc.).
- Mass registration option allows you to enroll all registrants from one course into another (e.g. enroll all registrants in part a into part b).
