Key features of the Faculty Manager module:

  • Track faculty information such as contact information, default payment information, employment type, etc.
  • Code fields to track organization, subjects, etc.
  • View list of courses taught.
  • A Callback system that will remind users to call faculty members on a specific date.
  • Record evaluation notes, payment notes, skills list, and bio.
  • 17 user-defined fields that your organization can use to collect data specific to your organization (e.g. I-9 on file, Employee #, etc.).
  • If using the optional Customer Relationship Management module, can track all contacts with faculty member.
